Laboratory Furniture
Fabricated from EG steel sheet & electro deposition powder coated epoxy. Other materials such as lightweight honeycomb phenolic, stainless steel, aluminium, PP timber & laminated plywood are available. A user-friendly range of base unit cabinets that provide safe & practical storage space for all types of laboratories. Constructed from prime electro-galvanised furniture grade steel (ASTM A336-72). All components are die formed, notched & tightly fitted to form a mechanically rigid unit. Cabinets come in 3 different configurations to suit different end-user needs: Floor Mounted, Suspended and Mobile. Corner, Sink & Waste disposal units also compliment the range.
Suspended cabinets can be used together with a C-frame & H-frame systems. Mobile units can be used with framed & free standing systems. Sink, corner & waste disposal are common to all.
Cabinet fascia flush corner construction for smooth seamless cabinet face comes with full length aluminium handle as standard but other designs are available.
Full access drawers formed from one piece & attached with rugged full extension slides for maximum access, visibility & smooth operation. Slides are equipped with integral stops to prevent accidental fall-out. Adjustable shelf supplied full length & width for maximum storage with heavy duty plated stainless steel shelf clips.
Doors are double wall honeycombed construction with hat channel reinforcement for strength, sound control & quiet operation. Doors fitted with 5-knuckle institutional type stainless steel hinges. Door & drawer frames fitted with rubber sound bumpers. Locks available as optional extra.
