Adjustable Height Workbenches

We are pioneers of a unique system offering complete flexibility within the working laboratory. The mobile system enables complete units to be moved & relocated with ease & speed. Every service that is needed on the bench is contained within its structure. Each modular bench can accommodate – power & lighting on PVC dado trunking or power rails, telephone & data outlets, selection of laboratory gases, vacuum & compressed air. Each bench can be simply plugged-in. Anti-confusion gas connectors also act as isolators & individual gas supplies can be blanked off at bench top level if they are not required. Electrical services are quickly & safely connected using special plugs & are locally fused both at the ceiling & the bench top for safety & convenience. Special adjustable height casters are fitted to these benches. Once in place, these become height-adjustable feet that compensate for any variation in floor levels. This means that the furniture is easy & quick to move & that continuous, flat & unobstructed surfaces can be achieved. Worktops are height adjustable & constructed from chemical resistant phenolic resin or solid epoxy. The resulting structure is as rigid as conventionally installed benches & ideal for carrying heavy equipment. Side & rear worktop splash backs make the furniture suitable for radioactive work & the simple metal shelving system has height adjustability.
